Price Brothers has purchased the Neptune Apartments, located at 333 W. 46th Terrace. The Neptune, completed in 1987, is only a few steps from the heart of the Country Club Plaza. The building’s studio, one and two bedroom apartments will have new appliances and kitchen and bath finishes to ensure that it will offer the best of Plaza living.
